Climate change

All of us know  the effects of Climate Change.It affects the availability  of Water,causing  dry air, dehydration  from our bodies.Whether you are farmer,city dweller or any  other residence you become worried  when there's no rain or too much rain. Its highly time that we must treat  water as important  commodity,just like gold and other  minerals.I don't  know whether  there is the enough Water Management Resources. At least each town,city must have a dam, Big Dams which are to the stadiums which must be enough for 5-10 years. Now everybody tells us there's no money,wheras the Government  is collecting enough money.Even a millionaire  or billionaire  will  tell you that  he does not have money. Planning is critically  important.
