Is Climate change taken seriously?

Yes and No.
It depends  who takes it seriously.
Climate Change is costly.
Some countries don't want to "donate"
financially.

There is a group  believe  that poorer countries want to solve their  financial 
troubles under the cover of climate.

Another problem is Who is Talking?
It doesn't matter whether is or undemocratic as long that country is an Influence.

When comparing Climate Change and Trade.The latter is preferred because it 
carries Finance and Finance means Power.

The Trade  is on top of the Discussion.
Climate is  secondly discussed or when People are at the bar.

Unfortunately,we recieve the end results  climate change.Climate change is costly. The Climate Finances could be either  be 1.Average 2.Medium 3.Above average. 1.Average  Every person is affected  by Climate Change and had  to have the basics like electric  appliances. 2.Medium Medium  means the electric  tools which you are using in production. 3.Above average That will  include the  Government  initiative and other Big  Companies  which Regulate Carbon Emissions.
