The climate change occurs in different countries but basically their  pattern is the same.We must learn what the other countries or regions do when there are Natural Disasters.

This learning also should take its roots from individual,family, community,local authorities and the national authorities in order to prepare for climate disaster,the following questions should be asked:
1.What should I do when my house collapse?
2.Where will I take  my family during disaster?
3.Will I have enough money and food and how long will it last?

To summarily answer all the above questions is
1.have the insurance.
2.have the extra money.
3.If possible  build another alternative accommodation  if you can.Dont wait for the disaster to occur.

The local  authorities also must be prepared.
1.Do you have enough Caterpillars?
2.Is your Disaster Manager fully trained?
3.Do you have "spare houses?"
4.Will you be able to despatch water and other essentials?
